Creating the consumer experience for Bath & Body Works through innovative and on-brand copy, while reinventing the personal care industry with sweet-scented flavorful indulgences.

 

-Write and edit intimate apparel and beauty copy that builds the brand through tone, style, story and content while supporting key category initiatives across all channels.

 

-Manage internal and external content from conception through final execution. Understand brand elevation goals and consistently drive towards innovative, on-brand verbiage. Research, create and shape copy for product launches. Contribute to naming project and creative brainstorming for events, in-store displays and campaigns.

 

-Partner with Merchants and Marketing to ascertain key messages. Align with Design, Graphic Production and Coordination on creative and timelines. Work with Merchant Marketing to gain insight into product and key themes, then translate into sophisticated creative solutions.

 

-Proofread copy to confirm clarity and precision of style and alignment across partners. Execute revisions, layout and Merchant updates while overseeing personal project workflow to ensure all deadlines are met or exceeded with accuracy.

 

-Work with Directors and Managers to make sure copy is on-trend, brand-right, concise, compelling and cohesive across catalogue and web. Interface with Photo, Design, Magazine, Procurement, Graphic Production, Visual, Web and Coordination teams to understand and meet final deliverable.

 

Web & Visual Merchandising Copywriter / Creative Content Developer

Building targeted marketing messages and design assets for LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Target Optical, Sears Optical and ILORI. Own and deliver verbal identity of brands across all consumer-facing channels of communication—web campaigns, social media outlets, email offers/digital promotions, direct mailers, product descriptions, product packaging, internal/external re-design, visual merchandising, in-store window displays and TV commercial monologue.



-Execute strategies for seasonal fashion campaigns and oversee creative design direction for Chanel, Oakley, Ray-Ban, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace and other leading luxury brands.

 

-Brainstorm and execute ad campaigns individualized to each brand's unique style, tone, voice and focus. Collaborate with agencies on re-designing brand’s core values to re-launch with fresh look and new attitude.



-Lead styling process for web photography. Give creative direction on merchandise for the creation of product images as well as coordinate samples through working with marketing calendars, web merchants and buyers. Upon receipt of samples, prepare and organize merchandise for photo shoot. Project-manage contract terms and conditions with vendors, certifying budget and efficiency are met.



-Manage and build relationships with internal and external relations across all media channels. Create press releases to generate publicity, bring in new business opportunities, oversee market research, content production and implement social media strategies.

 

-Partner with customer service to manage BazaarVoice, consumer online rating and reviews system, to increase traffic and improve search engine optimization through HTML coding and CSS—increasing conversion from web to store sales, while ensuring quality customer care is being achieved at all levels.
